Henry Laufer better known as Shlohmo, is an electronic producer from L.A. 


Shlohmo released the debut album, Bad Vibes, on Friends of Friends in 2011.


I personally love that kind of music... Soft vibes, awesome voices samples and great giant basses.

Magnus August Høiberg aka Cashmere Cat is a Norwegian producer, he appeared on the electronic scene in 2012.

His first EP, Mirror Maru was released by Pelican fly (Belgian label) in 2012.

With his slow vibes, Cashmere blow our mind using awesome melodical sounds.
He usually makes the atmosphere more epic, sampling more voices togheter.

Daft Punk Returns!

Daft Punk's new album, Random Access Memories, will arrive on May 21st, and the electronic French duo are highlighting their collaborators in a new video series with Vice's Creators Project and Intel. The first to be featured is Italian producer Giorgio Moroder, the disco legend who helped engineer some of Donna Summer's biggest hits. In this clip, Moroder touches on the massive amount of dance music that's being released today and discusses how Daft Punk sought to distinguish themselves with deeper instrumentation.

Vedendo un soggetto come Alexis Taylor sembra di trovarsi davanti a un personaggio uscito direttamente da Big Bang Theory: un nerd occhialuto le cui passioni sono PlayStation, fumetti e Star Wars. Invece no: Taylor è un artista intelligente, che in quattro album ha avuto la capacità coi compagni di avventura di diventare uno degli alfieri di quel pop sperimentale che passa tra funky, dance e indietronica.

La fatica in studio di Taylor e compagni riesce a creare un alone di interesse attorno a sé, e si attesta su un livello più che sufficiente. Da un gruppo di tale caratura, però, è obbligatorio aspettarsi qualcosa di meglio.

La speranza è che l'energia e la voglia di stupire del gruppo non stiano spegnendosi, impantanate tra un brillante passato che rende il presente un po' sfocato e un futuro ancora più indecifrabile ed enigmatico. Buona l'idea, meno l'esecuzione.

ALBUM da non perdersi assolutamente, un'ondata di freschezza ed energia a colpi di musica dance e indietronica.

VOTO: 7.5

NIGHT AND DAY  La traccia più originale dell'album (a mio parere).

Questa canzone è un viaggio,  ti porta in un altro mondo, il mondo dei videogiochi anni 80.

Questa atmosfera un pò retrò, però. è annullata da un video estremamente futuristico che rende gli Hot Chip ancora più pazzi e geniali!

Handbraekes

Over the last few months, Alex Riddha (Boys Noize) and Quentin Dupieux (Mr. Oizo) have been working on a new project called Handbraekes. Their first ep, entitled #1, has 4 tracks: Callgurls, Riho, The Qat, Milc. This epic project was released on February 6th on BNR. These highly experimental vitamins are to be considered dangerous and extremely volatile, not intended for casual vacayers or persons without robot ears.
ITS FUCKING AWESOME!!!!

Today I'm very happy to speak about a new DUO...
They come from My Country ITALY.
We don't know many things about them yet, but i can say that they are a Man and a Girl.
(WTF??)
Maybe someone could think that is a strange thing .... AND IT IS (....and i love it)
Well MR.Boys Noize recruited them in his record label (Boysnoize records)

Be As One (BS1) published their first EP "Be As One" available on Beatport now!


For the moment, we dont have any photos of this strange DUOS but id love to dance in a club where those djs play in!!!

DR.GONZO by CROOKERS

Sono ormai passati mesi dall'uscita dell'album DR.GONZO del duo italiano che ha influenzato il mondo della musica elettronica. Appena uscito avevo sentito tante perplessità verso questo album, che in effetti molto particolare, che invece io ho apprezzato a manetta!!

I Crookers sono tornati alla Disco e in una loro intervista hanno dichiarato di voler tornare nel mondo dei DJ SET con qualcosa di nuovo e particolare, diverso da quei monotoni REMIX di pezzi stravecchi.
Approfittando del fatto che questo album è uscito da circa 3 mesi volevo chiedere vostri pareri e opinioni.... sarò mica io l'unico STRONZO che adora ogni singola traccia di questo ALBUM???????????????
